We are seeking a Bookings Team Manager to lead and manage our bookings team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the bookings process for our portfolio of properties. Will also be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
In this role, your mission is:
- Manage a team of booking agents and oversee their daily activities to ensure smooth operations in three sales funnels: support, close and manual flow;
- Take charge of the company's demand flows, including B2B, B2C, prospecting, and support;
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure that all partner needs are met, and the bookings team can provide exceptional support to guests interested in booking the partner's rooms/houses;
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the bookings process;
- Collaborate with the Acquisition team to identify areas where supply is needed and to ensure accurate property information is available for potential clients;
- Provide training and coaching to the bookings team to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality service;
- Continuously monitor and improve all sales funnels to ensure their smooth and effective operation;
- Monitor booking metrics and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Analyze and summarize results using reporting tools to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
What is the profile we are looking for?
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience managing a bookings team, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in the real estate or a related industry;
- Extensive knowledge of demand flows, including B2B, B2C, prospecting, and support;
- Experience managing different sales funnels, including support, close, and manual flow;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset;
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results;
- Familiarity with booking software and tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies;
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making;
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs;
- Ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, including the Acquisition team and Property Managers;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
