While many businesses come and go, Uniplaces’s dedication to quality has allowed us to become one of the leaders in our industry. We’re seeking an Marketing Quality Assurance intern who help us build upon our reputation with an unwavering commitment to meticulous production.

The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional who has the drive to take our product to the next level in accuracy, description and perception. The intern specialist will be charged with following a QA program that not only safeguards product quality but also fosters a culture in which all employees are actively engaged.

Objectives of this role

  • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
  • Test website assets, including website, landing pages, search result pages. offers and automation workflows
  • implement improvements at scale through internal tools and databases
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
  • Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Perform routine inspections and work with various teams to correct issues that arise in the production process.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables
  • Assist operations by tracking, implementing, documenting, and reporting quality levels
  • Investigate product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor product procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers
  • Implement and oversee improvements and verify resolutions.
Required skills and qualifications
  • Knowledge of quality assurance
  • Computer skills, including excel, front-end and databases
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in best practices for control, test and implementation
Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Understanding how QA functions
  • Fluency in English and another language
